COLUMBUS, WIS. — Flexible packaging solutions provider American Packaging Corporation (APC) recently announced the promotion of Ray Graham to the role of chief executive officer and president of the company. This is part of APC’s leadership transition plan, which included Graham’s promotion, as well as the retirement of former CEO Jeff Koch and his appointment to the company’s board of directors.
Graham has been with APC since 2002, initially leading the company’s Flexographic Printing & Laminating Center of Excellence. Throughout his time at APC Graham has served in the roles of vice president of operations, executive vice president and chief operating officer. In January of 2024, Graham was promoted to the role of president, and has now also been promoted CEO.
“As I step into the role of CEO, I am excited about the future of American Packaging and the unlimited potential for our business,” Graham said. “I will continue to engage with our valued customers, strategic suppliers, and most importantly our employees, who are the most talented, results oriented team of professionals in the flexible packaging industry.
