BRIDGEVIEW, ILL. — Stampede Culinary Partners, a provider of sous-vide services and protein solutions, is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Since its beginnings in 1995, the company has grown to become “North America’s largest sous-vide manufacturer,” applying its capabilities to proteins, fully cooked meals, plant-based products and pet food formulas. 

“Over the past 30 years, Stampede has grown through innovation, dedication and strong partnerships,” said Brock Furlong, president and chief executive officer of Stampede Culinary Partners. “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue to redefine culinary excellence.”

With a goal to advance the “culinary landscape,” Stampede currently operates various facilities throughout North America, supporting 2,300 families. In fact, the company expanded one of its facilities to offer additional sous-vide technology. 

Additionally, 17 of its employees have been with the company since its establishment, like Krys Harbut, vice president of operations — Illinois.

“My journey at Stampede has been one of growth, change and success,” he said. “From starting on a single production line to helping design and build the team at the Bedford Park facility, I’ve seen this company expand in incredible ways. The culture here is unique, with open communication and a strong sense of teamwork. Stampede has rewarded my loyalty, and now I look forward to helping others grow their careers here, just as I’ve been able to do over the last 30 years.”

Within the pet food industry, Stampede offers a variety of souse-vide formulas, all made with high-quality proteins. The company’s culinary team develops each recipe to ensure optimum nutrition and also offers customization to brands seeking specific requirements. The company is able to accommodate various food certifications, including non-GMO and organic, and touts a BRCGS Food Safety certification. 

Looking to the future, Stampede shared it remains dedicated to its mission of offering sous-vide innovations. The company is currently looking at new advancements in sous-vide technology, food safety practices and customized product solutions to propel it into the future.
