LEXINGTON, KY. — Gray debuted its new strategic business unit on Jan. 7, merging Gray AE, Gray Solutions and InLine Engineers to create Gray AES. The new unit will provide architecture, engineering, automation and robotics solutions to customers throughout various industries.
Gray AES is part of the company’s commitment to better serving its customers, while also offering growth opportunities to its employees.

Gray AES will integrate architecture, engineering, automation and robotics capabilities from Gray AE, Gray Solutions and InLine Engineers, providing comprehensive solutions under one division. The new business unit will also work alongside Gray’s construction, specialty equipment and real estate segments to provide enhanced value.
Dowell Hoskins, president of Gray AE, will now serve as CEO of Gray AES.
