BENTONVILLE, ARK. — Full-service pet care research, consulting and product innovation firm BSM Partners announced that Kait Wright has joined the company as senior analyst for consumer insights on June 19. 

Wright comes to BSM Partners with extensive B2B and B2C experience in both the management consulting and food industries. Throughout her career, Wright has helped leading global brands in food service, consumer packaged goods (CPG), hospitality and other sectors build their brands and connect with consumers on the local and international level. 

“Kait’s expertise and passion will greatly contribute to the success of our clients and advance the growth of BSM Partners’ robust branding and consumer marketing toolkit,” said Michael Johnson, principal of BSM Brand, Sales and Market Strategies. 

In her new role, Wright will leverage her expertise in survey design, qualitative methodology and market research best practices to the pet industry, helping fuel clients’ initiatives. 

Wright is a life-long cat parent and currently resides in Salt Lake County, Utah, with her two furry companions. She is involved in her local community and has worked with feral cats through a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program. Wright holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Brigham Young University.
