CHICAGO — Mars announced a new partnership with Instacart, a grocery technology company, to offer same-day delivery of its entire product portfolio. Through Instacart, consumers will be able to purchase Mars’ human foods and snacks, as well as pet food and treat products.

With online and mobile shopping growing in consumer popularity, Mars is hoping to provide consumers with greater access to its products paired with the convenience of same-day delivery.

“At Mars, we are consumer obsessed and know today's savvy consumers are shopping on digital platforms like Instacart for choice, convenience, and time-saving benefits,” said Kelly Goering, vice president of sales at Mars. “Our innovative partnership with Instacart enables Mars to continue to reach consumers where they choose to shop. Offering our entire selection of Mars products on Instacart allows consumers to shop for the snacking and food brands their families and pets love most.”

According to Mars, Instacart reaches about 90% of all households in North America, delivering products from more than 70,000 stores throughout more than 5,500 cities.

“Online shopping and same-day delivery are critical for brands looking to accommodate consumers' busy schedules,” said Kasey Jamison, senior director of brand partnerships at Instacart. “From snacks and treats to pet food, we're excited to help Mars enhance its consumers' shopping experience by offering a flexible, fast, and hassle-free way to shop.”

Instacart will offer many of Mars’ pet food products, including those from its CESAR®, GREENIES®, PEDIGREE®, ROYAL CANIN® and IAMS® brands. Mars’ NUTRO™ SO SIMPLE™ line, which the company launched in April 2022, will also be available on the mobile grocery platform.
