SYKESVILLE, MD. — Pet Palette has appointed a new key accounts sales manager, Carmen Wess, to strengthen the distributor’s North American retailer relationships.
Wess joined Pet Palette in 2018 as a customer service representative after several years in the veterinary industry. Following her customer service role, she moved up to a key account support position in which she assisted the director of sales with order management.
She has most recently been appointed to key accounts sales manager, where she will help her accounts compete in the brick-and-mortar space despite the rise in e-commerce.
“Carmen’s knowledge of the industry and her willingness to go above and beyond for her accounts has been a welcome addition to the management team,” said Ron Metzger, president and chief operating officer of Pet Palette. “She values the partnerships that we have with our retailers and ensures their daily interactions with us as a company are enjoyable and successful.”
