GREEN BAY, WIS. — Following a series of promotions and new hires to Carnivore Meat Company’s sales and marketing teams, the company announced Nov. 6 it has appointed Jeremy Gesicki as senior manager of e-commerce.

The market for pet e-commerce is growing, with Packaged Facts estimating online pet product sales will account for 35% of total pet market sales by 2024.

Gesicki will “initiate the next phases of growth” for Carnivore’s pet food and treat brands, which include Vital Essentials, Vital Cat and Nature’s Advantage. He brings eight years of e-commerce and advertising experience as a digital marketer.

"Jeremy comes to Carnivore Meat Company with a wealth of eCommerce experience and skills, which will help propel our online business for multiple brands,” said Melissa Olson, vice president of sales and marketing at Carnivore Meat Company. “We look forward to re-imagining new ways to connect with pet parents around the world to meet our mission to enhance the lives of pets through quality nutrition."

Gesicki also brings experience from leadership roles with the Sauk Prairie Area Chamber of Commerce and the Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association to his new role.

With Carnivore Meat Company, Gesicki will be responsible for executing digital e-commerce strategies and operations, supporting the company in a new phase of growth as it launches its first full line of pet food and treat products under its latest brand, Nature’s Advantage.

“My strengths are in leadership, vision and strategy, with expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce,” Gesicki said. “My career so far has covered the entire field of traditional and digital marketing, and I look forward to applying my skills and experience here at Carnivore Meat Company.”

Gesicki earned his bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from the Minnesota School of Business, followed by a master’s degree in internet marketing from Full Sail University.

“I am incredibly honored to join the Carnivore Meat Company team,” Gesicki concluded. “I am excited to build opportunities to ensure that every dog parent and cat parent will have a convenient means to try and buy our world class pet food and treats."
