NEW YORK — Public Goods, a membership-based CPG platform focused on providing healthy, sustainable and affordable essentials, on Sept. 15 launched a portfolio of pet products, including dry and freeze-dried dog and cat diets, treats and other products.

The direct-to-consumer platform now offers 10 nutritional products for dogs and cats, including chicken and brown rice kibble formulas, complete-and-balanced freeze-dried duck formulas, a freeze-dried chicken treat for dogs, sweet potato “fry” chews for dogs, cheese chews for dogs, freeze-dried minnow treats for cats, and a fresh leaf catnip treat product for cats.

According to the company, its dog and cat kibble products are made in Nebraska, its freeze-dried diets and treats are made in Wisconsin, its sweet potato dog treats are made in North Carolina. Public Goods does not specify where its Dog Cheese Chew products are manufactured, although they are made in the United States.

All products are formulated with clean, healthy and sustainable ingredients, according to the company.

Public Goods also offers dog waste bags and dog shampoo as part of its new pet portfolio.

The brand plans to roll our additional pet products going forward.
