ST. LOUIS — Manna Pro Products announced Aug. 13 the acquisition of Doggie Dailies, a premium dog supplement brand.

Doggie Dailies is a family-owned and -operated brand offering its products via e-commerce. Manna Pro intends to solidify its presence in the pet supplement space through the acquisition, capitalizing on a rapidly growing e-commerce market for pet products.

“Doggie Dailies has built an impressive brand of premium wellness products and a loyal online community of raving fans,” said John Howe, chief executive officer of Manna Pro. “Their deep commitment to a happy, healthy life for pets and pet parents intersects perfectly with Manna Pro’s mission of Nurturing Life.”

Manna Pro was acquired by Morgan Stanley capital Partners in December 2017. The company recently acquired Hero Pet Brands, an omnichannel pet nutrition and care brand based in Dallas, in June 2019. Manna Pro also acquired Promika, LLC Pet Brands in February 2020 to further develop its veterinary portfolio with flea and tick pet products.
