“Starting with the outside, for packaging, we switched to Tetra Pak cartons because they are a more sustainable and convenient choice, plus the flat sides on the cartons provide improved brand and nutrition information, so pet parents have all the information that’s needed to decide what’s best for their pet,” explains Dr. Jennifer Adolphe, nutrition manager at Petcurean.

These new GO! wet pet diets were developed in line with GO! dry kibble products to encourage wet and dry combination feeding to “add variety, enhance palatability and make mealtime exciting,” according to Petcurean. Additionally, the company said they can be used as a treat, topper, or a complete-and-balanced meal.

“Inside the cartons, our nutrition team formulated Petcurean’s new GO! SOLUTIONS wet food recipes to offer solutions-based nutrition to support cats and dogs with unique dietary requirements, including those with food sensitivities that could benefit from a limited number of ingredients, those who require higher levels of meat protein to support an active lifestyle, and those who are just fussy about what they eat,” Adolphe added.

The pet food company rebranded its GO! Solutions line — previously known as GO! Fit + Free — in February 2019 to refocus the products on high-protein nutrition and expand with new formulas. The rebranding included a new name, packaging and formulas for dogs and cats.
