ARCHIE, Mo. —Farming solution company IntelliFarms has released a new and improved grain sourcing platform, SureTrack PRO™, which is capable of helping processors source grains that meet precise specifications, monitor inventories and track deliveries. The system can also help farmers establish contracts and manage inventories. It was developed by AGI SureTrack, a division of the farm equipment manufacturer conglomerate AGI.

“SureTrack PRO enables processors to secure grain with the exact characteristics they need, such as protein, oil, starch and moisture, to increase efficiencies and reduce costs,” said Brett Andricks, VP of strategic division for IntelliFarms.

Using SureTrack PRO, farmers can connect with processors, merchandisers and grain buyers to establish and manage grain supply contracts. The SureTrack PRO network consists of 3,200 growers and it is estimated the platform tracks approximately 700 million bushels of grain including corn, soybeans, barley, wheat and similar commodities.

“We’re with them from seed, grow, manage and market, and really no other system combines all of the same information in a single platform,” Andricks explained.

The company’s other online solution, SureTrack FARM™, works in conjunction with the PRO version, according to AGI. SureTrack FARM allows farmers to provide traceable product and establish contracts with processors and merchandisers, as well as increase value and profit from seed selection to grain storage management and grain marketing.

“The two systems work together to create opportunities for success for both grain sellers and grain buyers,” Andricks added. “Processors can negotiate directly with farmers and contract for immediate and future deliveries. It also gives more flexibility for processors to plan out longer term by knowing what is stored around them.”
