TORONTO, Ontario — Treatworx Dog Treat Company, a Canadian natural pet treat business, will launch its product line in the US during SuperZoo 2019. The company has already signed deals with Animal Supply Company and Lambert Vet to distribute the dog treat products in Texas and the New England region.
The company was launched in 2017 and its dog treats were first introduced to the Canadian market in 2018. Since their introduction, Treatworx natural dog treats have seen solid growth, which the company plans to build on byexpanding to the US pet specialty market.
Treatworx products do not contain grain, fillers or artificial ingredients, according to Kenn Manzerolle, VP of sales and marketing for the company.
“We wanted to use SuperZoo as our launching point as we have built up a solid game plan over the past year with securing a US warehouse, distributor partners, and retailer support and wanted to have these elements in place before trying to enter the US market,” Manzerolle explained. “SuperZoo offers us the best timing prior to the holiday buying season to hit the ground running.”
Treatworx will be exhibiting at SuperZoo from August 20-22 in Las Vegas, Nevada at booth #668.
