Radio Frequency Company has unveiled a new Macrowave™ small batch pasteurization system designed for products with low throughput volumes. The system, Model 5500, works well in laboratory research settings.

Key features of the new Macrowave include closed-loop temperature monitoring and control, fully programmable treatment cycles with formula storage, compact air-cooled design, and a capacity of approximately 250 lbs per hour.
