OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Ziwi now offers new air-dried chews for dogs in four single-protein varieties – lamb tripe, lamb trachea, lamb drumsticks and beef weasands.

Ziwi’s Lamb Tripe and Beef Weasand offer high protein and low-fat content, while Lamb Trachea offers the added benefit of naturally-occurring glucosamine and chondroitin. All four products are easily digestible, providing dogs with a variety of textures to satisfy their chewing instinct. The launch of these products is in response to consumer demand for a wider variety of premium-quality natural chews to enhance the well-being and oral health of dogs, the company says.

The new chews are sourced from grass-fed sheep and beef raised without the use of added hormones or growth promotants on free-range New Zealand farms. The new chews are free of artificial preservatives, colors and flavors.

Ziwi was founded in 2004 on the philosophy of a whole prey, high meat diet, and has established itself as an innovator in air-dried pet nutrition. Ziwi’s portfolio of air-dried and canned dog and cat foods and oral chews are crafted in New Zealand and exported to over 20 countries around the world. The company’s US headquarters are in Overland Park, Kansas.
